§ Mr. BoydenForty claims have been received; 30 are valued at about £5,800, and further inquiries are being made into the remaining 10 claims. Ten claims have been accepted at a cost of about £370; none has yet been refused. Claims should be made within the time limit applicable under Scottish law, but notice of a claim should be given as soon as it is known that damage has been caused.
