§ Mr. CrossmanAt present 14 standard hospital medical record forms are available for use; 27 are on the point of being made available and designs for a further 15 are currently under consideration. Annual savings of the order of £ ¼ million are thought likely to accrue if all hospital medical records were standardised and used by hospital authorities.
