Mr. Barnesasked the Secretary of State for Social Services what exchange programmes sponsored by his Department exist between younger members of the medical and dental professions and their counterparts in member countries of the European Economic Community; and if he will take steps to remove any obstacles to such exchanges caused by non-recognition of professional qualifications.
