§ Mr. FernyhoughNo notices of discharge have yet been issued to workers at the Inverurie Locomotive Works and it is not expected that any discharges will take place before mid-September. My local officers are in close touch with the works and special arrangements have been made for interviewing in advance of their termination those who require advice or assistance in obtaining other employment.
