§ Mr. Ashleyasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will hold an inquiry into the disciplinary procedures in the National Health Service for doctors and dentists who are accused of culpable negligence.
§ Mr. CrossmanI will be considering in consultation with the professions and others concerned the procedures for dealing with complaints generally in the working out of new proposals for reorganising the administrative structure of the Health Service.
