§ 97. Mr. Chapmanasked the Minister of Housing and Local Government what reply he is sending to the letter, dated 3rd July, from the Westland Park Residents' Association about the delay in announcing a decision after the hearing on 11th February, 1969 into local objections to the route of the proposed expressway in the Woodgate Valley area of Birmingham.
