§ Mr. MillanI understand from Edinburgh Corporation that the Royal Commonwealth Swimming Pool is expected to be completed in August and to be open to the public in November and that the stadium at Meadowbank is expected to be completed early in 1970. The separate facilities necessary for boxing, weightlifting and lawn bowls already exist.
