§ Mr. Ridleyasked the Secretary of State for Employment and Productivity if she will make a statement on the progress of the agreement reached with the Trades Union Congress in relation to its intervening in unofficial strikes.
§ Mrs. CastleThe Trades Union Congress has already intervened helpfully in a number of strikes in accordance with the undertaking which the General Council gave the Government.
