Harrisonasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will call for a report from the Metropolitan Police about their decision on whether or not to prosecute the driver of taxi DLR 148C, who on 15th January jumped a red light and hit car number 553 HBJ, the property of Mr. R. Burton.
§ Mr. Elystan MorganI have already made inquiry of the Commissioner of Police about this incident. The decision whether or not to institute proceedings was for him to take, and there are no grounds for any further action on my part.
