§ Mr. FernyhoughAll United Kingdom Government delegates to international labour conferences are briefed in the light of existing Governmental policy as it affects each item on the agenda. My hon. Friend will appreciate that the members of the United Kingdom delegation representing employers and workers are in no sense Government representatives.
