§ Mr. EnnalsNo. The Government's proposals are clearly stated in the White Paper on National Superannuation and Social Insurance published in January of this year and as my right hon. Friend the Secretary of State said in the debate which followed publication, we would like to hear an informed and vigorous discussion of the proposals in that paper.
