§ 103. Mr. Hector Hughesasked the Minister of Transport what further measures he plans to take to reduce the noise and noxious fumes caused by motor cyclists on British roads and to prevent the damage being caused to road users and to adjacent residents thereby.
§ Mr. MarshThere is no evidence that noise or fumes from motor cycles cause damage. The noise regulations made last year are only a first step and will be reviewed with the organisations concerned in due course.
