Publication of this annual report was originally intended for 30th April but had to be postponed because of the industrial dispute in the Stationery Office's publications warehouse. Copies were put on sale in Edinburgh on 24th June but, owing to a misunderstanding in the aftermath of the strike within Her Majesty's 77W Stationery Office, copies were not made available to Members or put on sale in London until 26th June. The Controller apologises for this unfortunate incident.
