§ Sir Knox Cunninghamasked the Lord President of the Council whether, in order to meet the convenience of Members on both sides of the House, he will seek to arrange for a notice to be displayed, as is done for a Private Notice Question, when a Minister desires to ask leave to answer orally a Parliamentary Question, which appears on the Order Paper for written answer.
