§ Mr. Joseph SlaterAll post offices in and around the towns listed below were closed on New Year's Day. This practice which began last year follows the pattern in business and industry in their 351W part of the country. No main post offices closed for a third day at Christmas but some 1,350 sub-post offices did so.
