§ Mr. DiamondPayments to the U.S.A. for military aircraft covered by the ExIm loan arrangements were £109 million. These payments will be included in the balance of payments figures for 1968 which will be published in March. Payments of £89 million for the first three quarters of the year were included in the balance of payments published in December.
