Friend is referring to the abatement of the annual Civil List grant by the proportion280W of the net revenues of the Duchy of Cornwall laid down by the Civil List Act, 1952. The figures are given below. On the second part of the Question, thse arrangements will continue during the minority of the Duke of Cornwall, as required by the Act.
