§ Mr. MellishPlanning has started on an office building, primarily to meet revised requirements for the Department of Health and Social Security, with a view to construction starting in 1970–71. In addition, a telephone exchange extension and a new head post office are being planned with a view to starting construction in 1970 and 1971 respectively.
