§ Mr. Ron Lewisasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will issue advice to chief constables to the effect that where radar is in operation adequate warning should be posted to this effect.
§ Mr. Elystan MorganIt is for chief officers of police to decide whether warning shall be given when a radar speed meter is in operation; but I understand that generally they do not consider that in normal circumstances it is appropriate to use such warnings. I see no reason to dissent.
