§ Miss Jennie LeeI am considering a proposal for converting H.M.S. "Belfast" when it is decommissioned into a floating extension of the National Maritime and Imperial War Museums. Portsmouth has already been suggested as a location but, if it is decided to proceed with the proposal, I will certainly bear in mind the claims of Devonport and other places.
