§ Mr. Frederick LeeMy right hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Defence is considering whether an alternative Service use can be found for the Royal Air Force Station at Acklington, and the possibility of civilian use will also be considered. Acklington is in a Development Area, and efforts are continuing with the aid of the incentives available to industry to add to employment opportunities within travelling distance.
