§ Mr. K. RobinsonThe progress of leasehold enfranchisement is not being publicly recorded because it is taking place chiefly by private negotiation. The Government are studying the recent decision of the Lands Tribunal. There is a right of appeal from the Tribunal's decision to the High Court on points of law, and in view of this it would be inappropriate at this stage to comment on the decision.
