A letter from the Chairman of the Hong Kong Bar Association dated 15th August, 1967, and the reply of the Solicitor-General of Hong Kong dated 11th October, 1967, were both published in full in the Annual Report for 1967 of the Hong Kong Bar Association.

I am asking the Governor for copies of the Annual Report which will be placed in the Library of the House as soon as they are available.
