§ Mr. Nobleasked the Minister of Transport what plans he has to deal with the problems of the Grangemouth Docks.
§ Mr. MarshIt is for the harbour authority concerned to initiate proposals for port development, subject to my authorisation under the Harbours Act, 1964, of any scheme over £500,000. After reconsidering an earlier proposal, the Forth Ports Authority is in the course of submitting to me a revised scheme for a new entrance lock at Grangemouth.
