§ Mr. Harold WalkerYes. The respective percentage increases amounted approximately to 6½ per cent., 10 per cent. and 10 per cent. The percentage increases in rates and earnings included an element in anticipation of the general increase subsequently agreed for local authority manual workers in Scotland.
