§ Mr. George ThomasThe Royal Borough of Caernarvon will be providing, on behalf of the Welsh Office, temporary toilets and car parking accommodation, etc., at a cost of about £29,000. Any other expenditure by the Royal Borough396W and any expenditure by Caernarvonshire County Council is for those councils to determine and will not be grant aided.
