§ Mr. Gwynfor Evansasked the Secretary of State for Wales when he estimates that the construction of the 27.5 miles of motorways in Wales for which there are schemes in the preparation pool will be completed.
§ Mr. George ThomasThe 4-mile Morriston By-pass should be completed towards the end of 1972. The relative priorities and timings of the other schemes have not yet been finally decided and are subject to the availability of funds. I hope it will be possible for them all to be completed by about 1976.
