§ Mr. William RodgersThe International Civil Aviation Organisation has forecast that in 1980 the volume of passenger traffic on scheduled services of airlines of contracting States will be between 3½ and 8½ times what it was in 1967 with a middle estimate about 5½ times. The volume of freight traffic is forecast to be between 4½ and 10½ times as much with a middle estimate of 7 times. Separate forecasts are not available for long-haul and medium-range traffic.
