§ The Prime MinisterIn common with other Ministers, the Secretary of State for Scotand is responsible for ensuring that the provisions of the Official Secrets Acts are brought to the notice of the staff in his Departments so that they are fully aware of the consequences which may follow any breach of those provisions.
