Mr. William Hamilton

asked the Minister of Transport if he will publish in the OFFICIAL REPORT a table showing the monthly totals of fatal and serious road accidents and deaths, respectively, in England and Wales, since the introduction of breathalyser tests, and the corresponding figures for the same months in the year prior to its introduction.
