§ Mr. Merlyn ReesA foreign national is required to produce evidence of enrolment at a bona-fide educational establishment for a course involving at least 15 hours daytime class attendance a week, and to show that he can support himself without working during his stay. For Commonwealth citizens the requirements are similar.
