§ Mr. PentlandWe are not yet in a position to make a decision on Flight Lieutenant Cockayne's claim, which was submitted on 29th August, 1968. The medical questions are complex and there is a great deal of documentary evidence, much of it relating to the period since the officer left the R.A.F. in 1954, all of which must be carefully evaluated by the doctors and consultants concerned with the case.
