§ Mr. Speedasked the Minister of Transport when work is expected to start and be completed for lighting the A45 trunk road between Coventry and Stonebridge.
§ Mr. MarshThe proposal for lighting between Coventry and Stonebridge is part of a larger scheme which has been programmed and is in its preparatory design stages. There are special problems to be resolved, particularly in relation to the proximity of Birmingham Airport. On present information it is expected that work will start in the latter part of 1970 and take about seven months to complete. If practicable, part of the scheme will be progressed in advance of the rest.
