§ Mr. David Steelasked the Secretary of State for Scotland whether he will examine with a view to giving a grant in aid the possibility of providing an underground travelator between Waverley Station and St. Andrews Bus Station, Edinburgh, in particular by way of the disused Dublin Street tunnel.
§ Mr. RossIf the transport operators directly concerned, or the local authority, were to put forward a specific proposal I would consider whether grant aid would be warranted.
