§ Mr. Goronwy RobertsThe British Government and the Government of Guyana have maintained close consultations on this matter and my right hon. Friend had opportunities to discuss it with the Prime Minister of Guyana during his visit to this country in June 1968 and again when he was here last month for the Commonwealth Prime Ministers' Meeting.
