asked the Minister of Power what was the Central Electricity Generating Board's margin of surplus generating capacity as at 7th February, 1969.

As regards the gross margin this winter, I would refer to my answer on 13th February, 1969, to the hon. Member for Bournemouth, West (Sir J. Eden).—[Vol. 777, c.382.] Daily figures on plant availability vary and are matters for the Central Electricity Generating Board. I am asking the Chairman to write to my hon. Friend.
