asked the President of the Board of Trade what was the increase in the total value of manufactured and semi-manufactured goods imported into the United Kingdom between 1958 and 1968.

Mr. Crosland

Imports of goods classified under sections 5–8 of the Standard International Trade Classification (Revised), excluding arrivals of United States military aircraft, increased by £2,650 million between 1958 and 1968.
