asked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will bring forward the date for the starting of the project to improve the operating theatres at the George Eliot Hospital, Nuneaton.

Unless there are special reasons I do not intervene in the decisions on priorities made by a regional hospital board. Such special reasons do not seem to me to be present in this case.
