§ Mr. FreesonThe subsidiary companies of the C.E.G.B. are listed at Statement 15 of the Board's Report and Accounts for 1967–68; they are all wholly owned. There are no associated companies.
The subsidiary and associated companies of the Gas Council are listed at Appendix II: Schedule 3 of the Gas Council's Report and Accounts for 1967–68. The percentages of the issued share capital of each company held by the Gas Council are given below:
