§ Mr. FowlerMy right hon. Friend has had no meeting with the Shipbuilding and Shiprepairing Council as such, but the concern which it had expressed was conveyed to him by the Shipbuilding Industry Board. My right hon. Friend and I had, however, a detailed discussion of the subject with the representatives of both sides of the shipbuilding industry before the Government decided that the new structure and level of steel prices should be referred to the National Board for Prices and Incomes.
