§ Mr. DellThe trend of manufacturing industry's investment in 1969 and 1970 eligible for investment grants is expected to rise considerably and to be reflected in grant payments in 1970 and 1971. This and other factors which affect the rate of disbursement of investment grants will be taken into account in preparing estimates for those years.
