§ Mr. EnnalsThe Welsh Hospital Board has not yet completed its consideration of tentative proposals prepared by the282W Joint Planning Group of the Welsh Hospital Board, Board of Governors of United Cardiff Hospitals, Welsh National School of Medicine and the Welsh Board of Health for the reorganisation of the hospital services in the Cardiff area consequent upon the completion of the University Hospital of Wales. Consultation with the local authorities in the area cannot take place until the Welsh Hospital Board itself has either accepted the Joint Planning Group's proposals or prepared alternative ones as a basis on which consultation with local authorities and other interested organisations can be undertaken.
