§ 9. Mr. Alexander W. Lyonasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs whether he will place in the Library copies of the further reports he has received on the conduct of the war in Nigeria.
§ Mr. FoleyYes. The International Observer Team which is observing the conduct of Federal Nigerian troops has now produced a report on its activities during the period 24th November, 1968–13th January, 1969. A fourth report has also been issued by the representative of the Secretary-General of the United Nations.
Copies of these reports, the findings of which are broadly similar to those of earlier reports, have been placed in the Library of the House.
