§ Mr. James Davidsonasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if, following his recent discussions with the National Farmers Union of Scotland, he will now initiate legislation to remove the liability for rating of agricultural buildings for livestock production in Scotland.
§ Mr. RossI am considering this matter in the light of the discussions held last week between the National Farmers' Unions and the Scottish and English Ministers concerned, but I am not yet ready to announce a decision.
