§ Mr. Ennals27 doctors who had emigrated to Canada or the United States have returned to the United Kingdom under arrangements made following the visit of the recruiting team in October, 1967. None is known to have subsequently gone back to Canada or the United States of America. I have no figures for the number of doctors who have made their own arrangements to return.
