§ Mr. Dalyellasked the Secretary of State for Defence what assessment he has made of the British participation in Sealab III experiments in the United States of America in 1968.
§ Dr. David OwenAn R.N. Lieutenant and Petty Officer are participating in the United States Sealab III experiments. These experiments have been delayed. I understand, however, they are due to start very shortly. Immediately they are completed we will assess the British participation.
