HC Deb 03 February 1969 vol 777 cc33-4W
Mr. Arthur Lewis

asked the President of the Board of Trade whether, in view of the concern of industry at the increased costs to exporters, the loss of income to dockworkers, and the danger to dockworkers involved in the practice known as cube-cutting, he will cause an investigation to be made into this practice with a view to amending the law so as to end the abuses.
