§ Dr. Winstanleyasked the Secretary of State for Social Services what instructions have been issued to dispensing chemists with regard to the procedure to be adopted in the event of National Health Service prescriptions being presented by persons unable to pay the prescription charge at the time of presentation of the prescription form in cases in which the nature of the substance prescribed suggests that the treatment is required urgently.
