§ Mr. TaverneThe provision by firms of deduction from pay facilities for S.A.Y.E. is entirely voluntary, but I hope that firms will do everything they can to provide these facilities. Employees unable to pay contributions by this method can, however, make their own arrangements through post offices, trustee savings banks or commercial banks.
