§ Mr. CroslandI regret to say that Sir Kenneth Keith has decided that he must relinquish the chairmanship of the East Anglian Economic Planning Council because of the increase in his business commitments outside the region.
I have been fortunate in being able to secure as his successor Lord Walston 420W of Newton Hall, Cambridge, who has accepted my invitation to serve as chairman of the planning council from the middle of February, 1970.
